PC Inside Secrets

Welcome to PC Inside Secrets! You can find more on PcSpyder at http://www.pcspyder.net/.

As we know the age of Technology was not a fast evolution until the invention of the Personal computer, with this we have speeded up the evolution of tech to new levels. I am planting the seed of self taught Independence, free yourself from Tech support for all the little things.

The idea here is that in every profession there is a certain level of common sense. Stuff that you know being in a job that the general public doesn't know. This is why they come to you for your help, however - someone good at what they do, don't hesitate to share little tips and tricks to make life a whole lot easier.

In this book I am putting the major common sense things that techs know and take for granted, the stuff that makes you wonder why can't my machine run like that? How does he do that? I spend alot of time talking to people and helping them work through their computer problems, and in doing this I find that the information in here is common stuff that ALOT of people just are not aware of. If you read it or know it, then it then becomes your common sense as well going forward and you can apply this knowledge in your everyday life without a second thought.

I started gathering these pages to help people have a better experience with their machines and share this information with others whenever possible. Now the amount of pages has increased and this is from questions and the like asked of me in relation to the certain topics.

A little bit about me. I was born in 1968, in Belfast, Maine. I always had a love for science, come Junior High the school had a computer lab, where we had two Commodore 64's. Because of this I forced myself to learn Programing Basics. Made a few stupid games and had fun, this is back when data was stored on a cassette tape and read like a fax machine.

The Apple took root and the schools flipped to them and I then got frustrated. I couldn't believe that all that stuff I had learned was now useless. And with this I stopped trying to learn more about the Apple machines even into High school.

Once out in the real world, I found old machines later in life, once Windows surfaced and left a trail of Windows 95 machines in the wake. I began working on them mechanically and tweaking the programing in them to run more efficiently. Well, after breaking the machines and repairing and breaking and learning DOS, and studying the engineered aspects of a computer, I began helping friends fix their old dead units.

I then bought my first Hp machine 4 years ago. An a1219h Media Center Edition. I was having problems learning the new Xp environment, and had to get Tech support on the line. And thought to myself, wow this guy has a cool job I would love to work for Hp. Took my A+ training and Hp Certified training and the next thing you know, I am completely submersed into this all over again. But this time I bring something else to the table, a desire for all people to have a healthy and strong relationship with their computers. Enjoy~
